Why is the EZ Maxx Screen Filter designed to operate in exhaust mode?

Any dust that has been collected while running in the exhaust mode may get blown back into the cabin if changed to intake. This filter is meant to keep the fan screen, blade and other components clean when air is drawn through it from the interior of the coach.
